摘要：【中文摘要】 食品冷鏈的發(fā)展直接關(guān)系到人們的生活健康,為確保食品安全,必須要加強(qiáng)食品冷鏈物流的建設(shè)及管理。本文s*先介紹了食品安全與冷鏈物流的關(guān)系,指出了建設(shè)食品冷鏈物流的必要性和重要性;其次,通過對(duì)發(fā)達(dá)國家食品冷鏈物流的發(fā)展經(jīng)驗(yàn)與我國食品冷鏈物流的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行分析比較,指出了我國在食品冷鏈物流發(fā)展中存在的問題,并提出了我國食品冷鏈物流的發(fā)展策略。 【英文摘要】 The development of food cold chain directly concerns people's life and health.In order to ensure safety of food,China should enhance the development and the scientific management of food cold chain.First,the paper introduces the relation of food safety and cold chain logistics,and points out the necessity and the importance of building food cold chain logistics.Then,through comparing the development experiences of food cold chain logistics in developed countries with the present situation of food cold chain logistics in China, it analyses the existing problem which lies in the development of food cold chain logistics and suggests the development strategies of food cold chain logistics in China. 【中文關(guān)鍵詞】 食品; 冷鏈; 物流; 現(xiàn)狀; 策略【英文關(guān)鍵詞】 food; cold chain; logistics; current situation; strategy
